We are 10 miles from the ocean!! House is a 5 bedroom 3 bath guest house on 10.5 acres and ocean views. There is 4 other guys in the house. Rooms all private! bathroom is shared with 2 other guys. The kitchen dining room and living room are shared. All of the guys are working professionals and barely every home but to eat and sleep. This is not a party house this is a very calm laid back environment. We are a few blocks from a very nice community park and lots of hiking and biking trails accessible from out back door!! If you like being centrally located yet having the privacy and being in nature this is a amazing experience!! the sunsets over the ocean and stars at night are unforgettable! Not pet friendly Most of the guys in the house are late 20s early 30s responsible working adults. We keep the house clean and well maintained.
