Needs some work. Mainly the bath tub and shower wall. As you can see I tore out a wall to extend my workout area. I took out the stove as it died and I really didn’t use the oven. It’s got $3,500 in it professionally with new gutters, electrical work and furnace maintenance. I’ve done some work on it myself. I mainly used wood as I get it free from work. I understand the look is not for everyone. I will post more pictures next week. I’ve just started looking a house so I’m looking at moving 6-8 months, since the market is high right now. It is window A/C which I will leave behind as long as my new place has central air. Rent is $350+water. It’s a skyline 1987 model 430
