Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath town house is conveniently located in North Beacon Hill. It's a three storied building with patios on each floor. Views of Mt. Rainier and Bellevue can be enjoyed from the East and South side of the building. Hardwood flooring is installed throughout the whole house. Kitchen is updated with shaker style cabinets with tiled back-splash. The master bath had a big jetted bath- tub. The unit also comes with a washer and dryer. It is only minutes away from downtown, light- rail station, freeways I- 90 and I- 5 and literally steps away from the bus stop (# 36 and #60). Beacon Hill has a lot of new restaurants and cafes that are within walking distance of the house (look for some of our favorites: Bar Del Corso, The Oak, El Quetzal, Baja Bistro and newly opened Musang!). For young families, there's Jefferson Park (playground, tennis fields, driving range), and a public library. Please let do not go to the house without an appointment so you don't bother the tenants.
