Everything is in good working condition. 6 minutes from downtown Tulsa (I timed it myself. I was in downtown at 9th st. and Elgin at 9:36 AM. Then I was pulling into my garage at 2137 N Delaware Pl. at 9:42 AM). Highway 75 gets you to downtown in 6 minutes as I timed it. 8 minutes from University of Tulsa. 4 minutes from Tulsa Community College. This is a non-smoking house. Sorry!
