The additional bedroom allows flexibility to be an at home office, work out space or hobby room. Enjoy BBQ's with your neighbors or admire the beauty of the greenspace on the back patio that is partially covered with an extended area that is uncovered. Additional features of this property include ceiling fans, utility room and storage cabinets in the garage. The minimum lease term required is 12 months. This property is part of the Lawn Maintenance Program which means the lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, blowing) is maintained by the HOA. Tenants must be 55 years of age or older to lease this property. Smoking is not permitted in the interior or exterior of this home. Owner pays the yearly HOA dues. Tenants are responsible for the watering of the landscaping (the Lawn Maintenance Dept sets the irrigation system per the City of Georgetown restrictions), the rent, utilities, and pest control at the property.
