Great Location! Right across from ESU's gym. Second floor apartment with two entries. Large living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and one bath. Lots of closet space. Small front yard and private parking area in back. There are only 3 houses next to each other and the one is owned by the university, so it is not a busy neighborhood. When the university opens up again for sports however, the gym across the street will be busy. The street is slow for traffic, being that it borders campus. Owners pay sewage and water, renters pay electric (which is also the heat). We also pay garbage and lawn maintenance. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent plus security deposit required at signing. Approval based upon landlord/tenant verification, background and credit check and income qualifications of 3 times the monthly rent.
