South Wedge is a wonderful neighborhood in the summer, and the house is located within walking distance to many shops/bars/restaurants nearby. The U of R shuttle is only a 7 10 minute walk away. Ideal subletter would be a grad student or young professional, neat, and quiet. Background check required and non-smoking only please. All utilities are included in the rent.
