Up for sale is a rent house I've owned for 7 years now. I'm interested in selling. I have a long term tenant - going on 6 years and is current on their rent. Currently paying $500/month. The next owner could increase that to $575 - $600. The house is in really good condition. It's got a small gravel parking area on the lot so tenants don't have to park on the street. I've recently installed a new refrigerator that will be included. 2 bed 1 bath. About 5 years ago, I rebuilt the subfloor in the bathroom as there was significant wood rot.
