Saco is located only 11+/- miles from Nelson Reservoir and Sleeping Buffalo.  The Nelson Reservoir/Sleeping Buffalo area see's regular visitors from across the US because of the vast array of recreational opportunities, including fishing, hunting, camping, and many other activities.  Sleeping Buffalo has two commercial establishments, Murph's Landing, a bar and local meeting place and the Sleeping Buffalo Hot Springs & Resort that offers swimming, sauna, cabins, luxury suites & RV park.  The Charles M.
