This home is located on quiet cul-de-sac in Sunrise Estates. The three bedroom two bathroom house is situated on the eastern periphery of the subdivision with views of the HD Mountains. The stucco exterior with a corrugated wainscot means the exterior is virtually maintance free. The interior walls have been painted a latte color which blends well with most furnishings. All that remains to complete this house is a final coat of sealant to protect the solid hardwood flooring.
