The kitchen was renovated in 2019 and has an oven, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a washer dryer in the unit and one bathroom. The kitchen is generally furnished. Central heating/ AC. There is a small private balcony as well as shared outdoor space with the downstairs neighbors. Wifi(Fios) is about $30 a month, eclectic between $20 and $40 per month, depending on the season. The landlord pays the water. There is no parking spot included, though there is one split with downstairs neighbors if you have guests/temporarily need a spot. There's residents parking on the street. The apartment is located in LeDroit Park on a quiet street. It is about a 12 minute walk to the Shaw Metro and close to the G2 and G8 bus lines. There are bodegas and a weekly farmers market nearby. Whole Foods is about a 15 minute walk away, and Giant/Trader Joes are both about a 20 minute walk. Bike share station across the street.
