This is an absolutely beautiful first level 2br/2ba handicap-accessible apartment at Weston Lakeside. I am the current tenant, and my lease runs through November 30, 2017 - looking for someone to apply and take over the lease, and the new tenant could potentially renew when it expires. Base rent is $1,032.00 per month. Water/Sewer/Trash runs about $40 per month, whereas electricity could run anywhere from $60 to $100 per month. Cable/internet are with Spectrum, which I find to be affordable. Complex amenities include a gorgeous pool, 24-hour gym, car wash, dog park, video game room, business center with free printing and faxing, public gas grills, free Trek bike rentals, sand volleyball court, and various complex events including food truck rodeos, ice cream socials, holiday gatherings, etc. Certainly the best feature of the complex is the direct access to Cary's greenway system and Lake Crabtree where you can rent boats and paddleboards or walk/run the 6-mile trail around the lake.
The complex has been repairing building facades, and we have been told this will be complete in July. In any case, my unit has a small patio, but it is not currently useable due to construction. As a result, I receive an additional $100.00 per month reduction in rent. All affected tenants receive this offer, but that agreement will be between you and Weston Lakeside. The patio will be useable again soon, but date is currently unknown.
I'll add more pictures, but the apartment is truly lovely with a garden tub and Jack/Jill sinks in the master bathroom. Master bedroom has huge walk-in closet, and the living room separates the two bedrooms. 2nd bedroom has double-door closet and hallway bathroom with stand-up shower. Separate washer/dryer room off kitchen, which has glass-surface range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and refrigerator. Maintenance requests and rent can be submitted via app or website.
The $350.00 fee for one pet has already been paid for my unit, but pet rent is an additional $18 per month. Security deposit of $200.00 has already been paid as well, and we can negotiate how to handle these fees upon meeting. There is no lease transfer fee, but the application fee is $60.00, and you have to be approved, of course :-) You also have to have renters' insurance of some kind to live here.
