The Lee's Summit community enjoys amenities such as 2 community pools, a playground, a nature area, and walking trails. Eagle Creek Townhomes are located on Pryor Road, just a few miles to I-470, 291, or 150 highway for a convenient commute to downtown Kansas City, Overland Park, Blue Springs, Raymore, or just about anywhere in the Kansas City Metro area. This prime location is only minutes from shopping/dining and entertainment throughout the area including Summit Crossing, Summit Fair, and Historic Downtown Lee's Summit. Eagle Creek is pet friendly! Eagle Creek's pet policy includes a 2 pet limit with a combined weight limit of 60 pounds. The non-refundable pet fee for 1 pet is $400 (up to 25 pounds), or $600 (1 pet weighing 26-60 pounds, or 2 pets with a combined weight of 60 pounds). There are some breed restrictions (no aggressive breeds). Pet rent is $35 for 1 pet 25 pounds or under, and $60 for one larger pet between 26-60 pounds, or 2 smaller pets with a combined weight of 60 pounds or less. There is a $55 application fee per adult, please note, we require all residents 18+ complete an application. Once approved, the security deposit will be required to secure the home and your future move-in date. We require a minimum 12-month lease term.
