We will be there each evening during the week, but not on the weekends (and not on Thanksgiving) at 5:00PM. We stay for about half an hour and can answer any questions at that time. No appointment is needed. Owner pays for water, sewer & garbage. Resident pays for gas and electric. No smoking, no pets. We start with a one year lease that automatically becomes month to month at the end of the initial lease period.
