All linens and towels are provided, except pool towels. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard. From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests. Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. High-speed wifi is available; no cable. This does not indicate the pool is uncleanrest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The pool is not heated. Security cameras are installed outside for security, none inside. Pest control service is monthly.
