To qualify, your verifiable gross household monthly income must be at least 3x rent ($6000/mo), and your credit score should be 600 or higher (although exceptions may be made on a case by case basis). Minimum lease is for 1 year, and long-term renters are welcome. Application fee is $56 per adult.
