It's a short drive or nice walk to local shops, restaurants, parks, and grocery stores, plus only one mile to downtown. One turn and you are on the main road to get to Broadway. Photo ID verification is required within 24 hours of booking for the reservation to be considered valid. Check-in must be arranged in advance as guests may only check in during office hours, which are 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 4 pm on weekends. Early check-in or late checkout is available for a $55 charge if cleaners can accommodate. A $500 charge applies if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found. Keep noise levels down, especially after 10 PM, and respect the neighbors. A $250 disturbance fee applies if a noise complaint is received. Parties, drugs, and illicit activities are not allowed. External cameras ensure no intruders enter. If emergency services are called, a $250 service fee applies. Unauthorized pets incur a $100 per night charge. If locked out, contact the office during hours or us after hours; a $115 lockout service fee applies. Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
