The kitchen comes fully outfitted for all your cooking needs, complemented by a bar top area and a dining table that seats five. There's even a desk for all your at-home work needs. The condo features a walk-in shower connected to the bedroom, a half bath near the entrance for guests, in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and Roku TV. Enjoy the convenience of a 24/7 gym located in the building, a restaurant on the main floor, a rooftop overlooking the downtown skyline, community gas grills and seating, and concierge and package delivery services. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, with an initial pet fee of $350. Unauthorized pets are charged at $100 per night, so please make arrangements prior to your stay. There is also a mandatory monthly cleaning at the guest's expense. Additional guests over the standard occupancy are charged $10 per person per night, up to the maximum occupancy. Situated in a quiet, family-friendly building with all the urban amenities, this condo is just a few short blocks to The Turnip Truck Grocery Store and many restaurants including Five Points Pizza, Butcher & Bee, Edley's BBQ, and the famous Sky Blue Cafe. It's a short drive or nice walk to local shops, restaurants, parks, and grocery stores, plus only one mile to downtown. One turn and you are on the main road to get to Broadway. Photo ID verification is required within 24 hours of booking for the reservation to be considered valid. Check-in must be arranged in advance as guests may only check in during office hours, which are 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 4 pm on weekends. Early check-in or late checkout is available for a $55 charge if cleaners can accommodate. A $500 charge applies if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found. Keep noise levels down, especially after 10 PM, and respect the neighbors. A $250 disturbance fee applies if a noise complaint is received. Parties, drugs, and illicit activities are not allowed. External cameras ensure no intruders enter. If emergency services are called, a $250 service fee applies. Unauthorized pets incur a $100 per night charge. If locked out, contact the office during hours or us after hours; a $115 lockout service fee applies. Booking guests must be at least 21 years old. All guests must sign a Resident information packet outlining HOA rules. Locals are reviewed thoroughly to ensure no parties are held. Ensure vehicles and the place are properly locked, and valuables are not left out. We are not responsible for any loss in property. Includes a desk area with seating, Wi-Fi, and Roku TV for all your remote work needs. A laptop computer is not included.
