The rear pedestrian entrance to Beaver Island State Park (no fee) is within view of the lot and only a one minute walk out your front door. Golf, disc golf, walking, biking, swimming, nature trails, watersports, a great marina to keep your boat (all season or transiently), cross country skiing, jogging, outdoor restaurant, etc. can keep the outdoor enthusiast happy all year round, and it’s just steps from your front door. Snowmobile enthusiasts will love the ability to ride out the driveway onto the West River Parkway Trail. This lot has none of the wetland issues (DEC letter available) that so many other Grand Island lots have.
