Situated on the hill at Vichy Rd, this cute townhouse is so close to the downtown area, shopping, and the highway, but still so quiet. Each of the townhomes are equipped with a fridge, stove/ oven, dishwasher, and hookups for your laundry machines. If you would like to rent a set through us, it is an additional $100 per month. Parking is provided, allotting 2 unassigned spaces per unit in our private lot. Pest control scheduled every quarter. Urgent maintenance with quicker than average response times are provided as needed as well. One year lease required. Tenants may sub-lease, with approved applications. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenants. Pets may be permitted, with a limit of no more than 2 animals, under 35lbs each. $50 pet rent per pet. Early lease termination would require two month's rent up front and no deposit refund. Renter's insurance is always suggested, though not required.
