I'm near to Hover Road off of 21rst street. 10 minutes to 1-25 and to Lyons. 20 minutes to Boulder with good traffic flow. The apartment features a fully stocked kitchenette including a refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, a microwave and a toaster over. The living area is cozy with some natural light from small windows, a couch, ottoman, book shelf, large flat screen tv and small dining/work station. The bedroom is enclosed by three walls and open to the living area, and has a very comfortable queen bed and night stand. The large bathroom has a walk in shower, a large vanity with a cabinet and storage, and a free standing wardrobe shelf. Apartment includes dishes, glassware pots and pans, utensils, as well as towels and linens so just bring yourself and personal items! Utilities included and excellent WIFI connect ability. There is limited closet space but apartment includes a small closet at top of stairs, two wardrobe racks, and a roomy dresser. We share the same front door entrance which leads to a privacy door and 6 steps down into the apartment. There is a shared washer/ dryer in the garage. On street parking. No pets. You're welcome to share the backyard space, it's lovely in the summer. Rent $1300 per month, plus $1300 refundable deposit. About me, I'm a business professional, and work part time from home. I have two small friendly dogs with no access to your space. I spend my free time with friends and family, enjoy cooking and hiking/paddle boarding/skiing/yoga. While I enjoy my social life I'm mostly early to bed and early to rise. Although I live directly above you, I've never had a tenant complain about noice issues as the house has good construction and insulation. I'd prefer a professional roommate, but open to many roommate scenarios. Utilities included, on street parking. No smoking on premises. Preference for a year lease but will also consider month to month with a month notice to vacate.
