The unit will be heated & cooled by a highly efficient split system setup that allows you to control the climate of the bedroom area separately from the kitchen & living room area. All utilities and services are included in the monthly rental rate of $1,000.00, allowing you to make one simple payment that covers the following: internet, electric, water, sewer and trash. Pet Policy: There is a one-time, non-refundable pet deposit of $150. In addition, there is a $25 per month pet fee for the first animal and $25 for the second. No more than two (2) animals allowed. Restricted dog breeds include: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and wolf-hybrids.
