The space, which includes a separate study room, is fully furnished on the 3rd floor, so you would not need to buy any furniture or kitchen items. It has a private bathroom and large closet. There are lots of common areas for use including an updated kitchen and garden in back. The house has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and hardwood floors. The rent is $1300/month, which includes electricity, heat, water, and security system. Internet is extra. If you need a parking space, we have a private parking pad in back for $500 annually. The house is in a fun and safe neighborhood that is a 10 minute walk from the JHMI/JHSPH/SON medical campus and just a mile from Fells Point. There is a nearby CVS, and grocery stores are less than a mile away. We are 2 blocks from Patterson Park, a 4 sq mile area fantastic for running/soccer/picnics/sports.
