A little bit about the current roommates: (female, 26) - laid back and sociable who works and goes to school in DC. (male, 21) - graduated from Howard University with a degree in psychology and I'll be starting my research position at the NIH this Summer. I like to listen to music, watch movies, tv shows & podcasts in my spare time. I enjoy going out for food and drinks with friends on the weekends as much as I enjoy going to all the museums in DC. We only require a $400 security deposit & first month's rent upfront (with adequate credit) Flexible 3-month min. rolling leases. 3 month's notice required to move out. For leases shorter than 6 months, an additional premium added. For summer leases only (ending August 31st) we can waive the rent premium! No broker fees, short, free application.
