This house was fully renovated in July 2022. It is fully furnished, kitchen range, dishwasher, washer/dryer. It has two 50" Smart TVs in the house. Included are all basic amenities; all kitchen utensils, pots/pans, glassware, cookware; bedroom and bathroom linens, towels, etc. There is covered parking and a good size back yard. It is located in the Mistletoe Heights area of Fort Worth at the end of the street so there is very little traffic. All bills are paid to include electric, water, garbage pickup and internet (internet access, wi-fi and basic cable TV). The internet bill is reimbursable from the tenant to the landlord ($80). Pets are welcome but require a $500 refundable deposit and a $300 non-refundable deposit. The landlord lives in the same neighborhood and is very quick to respond to any issues or problems.
