Monthly rent of $1,000.00 includes utilities. Tenant should be enrolled in school full-time or working, and financially self-sufficient. He or she is also expected to keep his or her living area neat and clean (i.e. bathroom, kitchen, etc.) Required: Background check, Credit check, and Employment verification ($60.00 application fee).
