Home includes all appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, washing machine, and dryer). In-person tours are generally available within 2-3 days of inquiry. Renter is responsible for all utilities (electric, gas, water, etc.). Yard maintenance must either be taken care of by the renter or the renter can pay an extra $50/month for the landlord to take care of the yard. No pets and no smoking allowed. In addition to the $500 security deposit (refundable), a $150 cleaning fee (non-refundable) will be collected with the first month's rent.
