This is a unique rental opportunity for the right person. In exchange for lower rent and a wonderful neighborhood, the tenant will be responsible for caring for my pets while I am working out of state (daily activities - food, water, litter and vacuuming.) The animals are in a separate part of the house, and are not part of the main living area. The main living is comprised of a kitchen, laundry unit, dining room, family room and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Having your own pet is a possibility under the right conditions. The tenant will be responsible for their own utilities (water, trash, gas, and electric), but I will cover the unlimited wireless internet bill. There are a few final remodeling projects underway, as you will see if you drive by, but the house will be available for walk throughs the first part of August.
