There is a single bed, ROKU TV w/Netflix & HBOMAX, two-tiered closet, desk w/chair, shelving, W/D, and cabinets for storage. All appliances are new. Tenant can have a month-to-month $1000 or week-to-week at $350/wk lease with 30-day notice required in advance of termination; required security deposit for long stays ($500) cannot be applied to last month's rent. Late fee of $50/day will be applied beginning with the 4th day of the month or lease agreement. Owner reserves the right to terminate rental agreement at any time if tenant occupancy should violate any house rules.
