On 3rd floor of the building (top floor) with an out door fire escape. Parking is street parking. Laundry down in the basement. No smoking! Land lord pays for water. Tenant pays for gas and electric. Usually comes out to a total of around 1150 max per month. Landlord is incredibly friendly and cares about her property.
