A cozy place with lots of potential. I love that it feels so remote. Even though it is close to town. Most locals have no idea that a home sits back here. The home sits on 6 acres of land. Most of which is wooded. There is a barn and a few outbuildings, plus a detached garage. The property sits outside of Oak Hill City limits, in Fayette County West Virginia. It is very private and quiet. The long driveway has a gate for extra privacy. I have always loved the kitchen! It is vey spacious. Plenty of room for family dining. The livingroom has a propane fireplace insert. I use this for supplemental heat as there is a Train heatpump furnace/central air in the basement. The property has a septic tank for sewer but is attached to water thru WV American water. The exterior water lines were replaced last fall. The garge has a woodburning stove that was installed last year. I had began a large deck attached around back. The footers are in, unfortunately I wasn't able to complete it yet. It will be easy for someone to complete it though.
