The kitchen and dining areas are small but have everything you need to cook meals and sit down for meals around a table. The fridge with freezer is fairly large, there is a two-burner cooktop, a microwave and a large toaster oven. There is no oven and no dishwasher. The patio has a very nice BBQ set with all the utensils you need. The in-law unit is located half a mile from HW 17 on a private road. Max speed on the road is 15 mph. You can park up to two vehicles in the driveway in front of the unit. From your living room and patio there are views of nice landscaping in the garden and a large meadow where you often can see deer, coyotes and wild turkeys. From your bedrooms you can see a herd of horses and mountains in the background. There are private trails from the neighborhood where you see redwoods, wildlife and a nice view of the Lexington Reservoir. There is a possibility to use a laundry room by appointment.
