Bathroom was a custom update 6 years ago, Air conditioning was updated then as well. Friendly neighbors, outdoor grilling, free pool in the summer, pet friendly, comfortable living space that's literally across the street from the entrance to the Forest Glen metro so you have full access to the city, but parking is also widely available inside the condo area. Water and utilities/trash are accounted for. Looking to rent to someone for a half year lease running from January to the end of June or July. Laundry and trash are a shared collection for the building, there is private storage for anyone living in the building that is a hidden shared space. Condo association doesn't allow for large animals, but small ones are just fine. Condo provides a fob to enter and exit the security gate but can't give you the remote access because it's attached to my phone. A/C and Heat are changed at a specific time of the year by the condo association but this is a warm unit in the winter and the coolest unit in the building in the summer, naturally.
