Bay Colony subdivision of Landfall offers social events such "Sit and Sip", "Wine and Dine", and neighborhood BBQ to get to know your friendly neighbors. The owner pays the fees for Landfall COA and Bay Colony HOA. Front and backyard landscaping (mowing the lawn, trimming the shrubs, etc.) is included in the rent through Bay Colony HOA's contract with Landfall COA.
