The house was built in 2006 and has new carpet, granite counters, stainless appliances, 8 person storm shelter, alarm system, & surround sound built in. We will consider a 9 month lease for an uncharge. Pets are considered on a case by case basis with pet deposit. We typically don't allow pets, but have in the past for certain people.
