The apartment on the 3rd floor, it is spacious, contains in-unit washer/dryer, dish washer, microwave, oven, fridge and individual in-unit bathrooms. The bathroom includes a bath tub. The tenant room is secured with a lock, includes a bedroom, office, office chair and a wardrobe. The heating/air conditioning system is autonomous, has a thermostat and extra usage will not be charged. There is also a balcony with a nice view outside. The sofa room and the tenant rooms include ceiling fans. Outside of the building there is an area for bike and car parking, secured box mail and sports facilities including a basketball court. There is a bus stop outside of the building to commute to the university, city center or to Walmart and Meijer. In addition, there is a private shuttle to the university only for the tenants. In the community building there is a swimming pool, tennis court, billiard and other board games, a fitness center and a nice coffee machine with many flavors. All of them can be used free of charge.
