No Smoking in home or property. 1 year lease, then monthly, monthly rent $1650, security deposit $1650. Credit check, background check and leasing references required. Pet deposit $300 each pet non refundable (max 2 small dogs under 30# each) NO CATS. 30 day vacate notice in writing.
