*Sale pending* In the 5-ish years I've owned this house, the wiring has all been replaced, all the plumbing has been replaced to the main stack, the roof and all the sheeting underneath it on the house has been replaced, the AC unit has been replaced, the hot water tank (gas) has been replaced, full bathroom & kitchen remodels, basement steps were replaced, new sliding door to backyard, entire first floor has new LVP flooring installed, steps and upstairs has new carpet installed (in the last few weeks as prep for the sale, we didn't even move furniture back on it). We added an office in the basement as well, you could use it as a 3rd bedroom if you wanted. Stove (gas), dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer (electric) are all new and negotiable with the house. What's left to do as I type this...I have to move out our remaining stuff. Post more pics if no one has already come and bought it. Put the porch railing back up I took down to assist with moving stuff. New trim work to install. There are 5 new windows there to be installed. Putting the for sale by owner ad up a little early as motivation to finish closing this chapter and maybe get someone in before the school year starts. Why all the work and sale? We had a bigger house just built for us. It's a solid house with lots of new in it. No I will not rent it. I have zero interest in being a landlord. Security camera system is live and will stay with the house. Also I’m not interested in a real estate agent! It’s FSBO for a reason. Thanks!
