Background screening and credit check is $47 per adult ($12 for processing; $35 goes directly to the background screening company). Good credit, no felonies or evictions within the last 10 years. Total verifiable household income must be at least 3 times the rent.
We do not hold or reserve units until a rental agreement or reservation deposit has been signed and payment has been made. The application is online and is considered complete only when all residents 18 and over have submitted a complete application with screening fee.
