Trash, recycling, grass cutting and snow removal are also covered and each tenant has their own parking spot and an additional space for a guest. **The bungalow is fully furnished** I built the bungalow a few years ago as a modern-rustic space that is larger than a tiny home but smaller than a house. It gets great South-facing sunlight and it's perfect for a couple or a single person and a pet! There is 1 bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and then upstairs in the loft is another small room for another bed (currently it has a queen air mattress). There also is a work space in the loft with an office desk and chair. It has an attached carport for private parking, with new appliances that are only a few years old. There is ample storage inside the bungalow, in the upstairs loft and underneath it in a 4 foot tall x 20 foot wide x 20 foot long crawlspace. The backyard is shared with one other tenant and offers a greenhouse, trees, raised beds for gardening, a fenced in back yard for a pet, outdoors swing and an outdoor fire pit - it's a special gem in the heart of midtown with a cabin-like vibe. The bungalow is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood in the heart of Spenard where my neighbors are often seen out walking, running and playing with pets and children in the neighborhood park just a few feet away! My home is less than 10 minutes from the airport (a $10 cab ride), 20 minutes from JBER, and 10 minutes from downtown Anchorage. I live in a very convenient location as a grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, REI, bookstores, etc are all less than 5 minutes away. All major hospitals are within a 10 minute drive! My neighborhood (Spenard) is full of delicious restaurants of every kind (Pho, Thai, Mexican, Classic American, Sushi, even Himalayan) and lots of wonderful activities (yoga studio called Anchorage Yoga, cycle studio, gyms, bars, a movie theater called Bears Tooth, etc). All of these businesses are within 5 minutes of the bungalow. This is fully furnished and All utilities included!
