Zillow listing price and annual taxes are not correct. Corrected annual property taxes for 2019 is $2,681. This is over $1000 per year less than Zillow posted. Compared to houses on my street, my house has many more amenities and is listed lower on Zillow in error. It is at least $40,000 lower on the Zillow estimator than market value. Hard to find on Lake Manitou. A large house with tons of amenities. I have lived here 26 years and only the second owner. I retired two years ago and looking to downsize. Listing now but may list again in spring. Houses on Lake Manitou are very hard to find. Listing go fast and many times only one or two listings were available this summer. I would entertain a smaller house on Lake Manitou as a trade-in. Not in a hurry to sell. Absolutely no realtors. I would like to pass on the savings to a future buyer.
