Enjoy the pool and large deck from this second floor 3 bedroom/1bath upper rental unit. The house is located a seven minute drive to FSU and close to San Luis Park. The neighborhood is quiet and well situated, a few minutes drive to downtown and shopping including Publix and Walmart. This upper unit has it's own entrance and exit to both the front yard and the pool area. There is also adequate parking that could even fit a visiting RV. Please text instead of call. I don't check my voice mail too often. Electricity will be split evenly per person. Only cats (no dogs are allowed). The landlord is responsible for the yard and pool chemicals.
