The tenets must keep the lawn in good condition, but the owner also pays for the landscapers. Owner pays HOA and landscapers. Tenet is responsible for water, electricity, garbage and internet. Smoking is not allowed. No more than 1 pet, must pay pet deposit of $1000. Minimum 1 year lease with option to extend. Tenet must have credit in good standing with a credit score above 670. Tenet must be able to prove at least 3x the rent in monthly income. Must pay rent on time, keep property clean, not disturb neighbors, have a clean background check and a good rental history. Maximum of 5 people can live on the property. I will only be scheduling tours for prospective tenets that meet these requirements and have filled out an application.
