Free WiFi access in the common areas of the building. There is a great Italian restaurant directly in the complex. The price is for the minimum rent duration of 4 months. Discounts are available for longer periods. The rental is 4 months minimum. Reservations and Deposits The rental deposit confirms the reservation. The security deposit is refundable within 30 days after vacating the property if everything is in the same condition as when it moved in. The owner is not responsible for relocation costs due to damage from inclement weather. Services and Utilities Included The monthly rental includes the following: Sales Tax; Quadomain Association monthly maintenance fee; Covered car parking; Water charge; Basic TV Cable + Showtime + HBOs; DVR Cable Box; Second cable box; High-Speed Internet access within the apartment; Phone service is not provided; Card to access the washer and dryer machines on the floor use paid by the guest.
