Private room in quiet neighborhood. Room has blackout shades for day sleepers. Landscaped backyard with covered patio, pond, fruit trees and a little bit of grass. There is a propane grill and a pellet smoker as well. Living room has a fireplace. There is also a family room in the back of the house leading into the back yard. Access to bike and walking trails is just a few blocks away and I-40 access is about 2 miles. Excellent shopping and dining opportunities are also close. The house has wi-fi and dish network in the living room and family room. I have 2 dogs that are overly friendly. I am open to discussing pets if you have them. No smoking inside house.
