The space: Large Private bedrooms (multiple options Healing Space Private office options Shared access to pool, hot tub, giant yard and fire pit Onsite event space for aligned temple offerings 3000 sq foot house + 3.5 acres with 8 foot privacy fences in backyard (nudity friendly) Can work from home out of the healing spaces if a healer or tantrika Trail on back acreage Bell tent Gorgeous sunroom/tea room Giant back yard The Culture: The Rose Temple isn't just a home with roomates, its a living temple where we host gathering and ceremonies and transform through the relational opportunities that are at the heart of this transmission and project. We are calling in someone who enjoys an atmosphere of events and community offerings and who wants to help host and hold transformational experiences. And who is aligned to a temple culture of attunement, consent, coregulation and healthy communications We co-create through community orientation Practicing empathy and relational repair (central) Coherence meetings Tending the relational field together Temple tending and care - honoring home as sacred space, tidiness and cleaning days or cleaner contribution Balance - quiet hours and event calendars keep the home resourced and inspiring Agreements: In house facilitators contribute 20% of revenue to temple (to be distributed back to temple each month based on rent paid) Outside facilitators can rent space that gets kicked back to the temple Potential to rent pool and or healing space for extra revenue About You: Healer, teacher, facilitator Committed to mastery in leadership Skills in somatics, energy work, tantra, ritual arts or adjacent modalities Thrilled to both host and support event in a temple home ecosystem Excellent with boundaries, agreements and repair Clean, reliable, self led and resourced The Household: You would be living with 2- 3 women who work in these fields Financially stable facilitators who care about integrity, impact and energy of the temple Open to 1 super well behaved, quiet dog in the temple at max Practicalities: $1250 - $1550 depending on room size Utilities shared average ($100/month) Term 8 months (Until June 30th) Option to exchange Move in Oct 17th - Nov 1st If this speaks to you please message us 8 month commitment.
