QUESTION 2:
"My credit is bad (or just plain terrible!), but I'm a good person. How can you help me?"
ANSWER 2:
Bad credit does not mean that you're a bad person! But, it does mean that there is more risk to a landlord. Therefore, if you have evictions, bankruptcies, bad credit and/or you cannot show that you have at least 2 years of positive rental payment history and stable employment, then we can possibly approve you, but only with a higher security deposit. The more risk involved, the higher the deposit. If you have very poor credit and you do not have access to a double deposit (plus the rent), then it is unlikely that we will be able to help you.
