    1/4 mile from beautiful all sports Clear Lake. 4+ bedrooms, fireplace, walk-out basement, pond, 1 acre, garage, shed. 960 square foot addition (total square footage is 2,300) added 7 years ago. With addition we added two rooms, bathroom, laundry/mudroom, new siding, huge deck, new windows, new deep well, new roof and hardwood floors throughout most of the home. Since then we have added an outdoor wood stove (fuel oil back-up) and a brand new septic system this past fall. This spring we completely remodeled our main floor bathroom and everything is brand new and top of the line including in-floor heat, new tub, new fixtures, new cabinets, new counters, etc. My husband also just built a window seat below our picture window with wrap around shelving. I also have an established perennial garden and raised flower beds. We are moving due to a new job and are very motivated to sell. A lot of cash and sweat equity have been put into the home. Some things still need work but it is primarily cosmetic cause all the big jobs have been done. Asking 130,000 to cover what we owe not what it is worth.
