In 2001 a two story addition to the rear of the home added a 22' x 14', first floor family room with gas fireplace. The upper addition expanded the rear bedroom by 22' x 14' to create a master bedroom with full bath. Hence 616 finished square feet were added. Upon completion a 19' x 14' raised deck was added to the first floor rear. In 2016 the old driveway was replaced with a full, poured concrete, driveway that easily accommodates three full-sized vehicles. A new stone barrier wall ((Cambridge System with caps) in the front replaced an old pressure-treated wall (in 2020), beyond which is a flower garden. The interior has a newly installed central air conditioning system (2020), which replaced window units.
