This was our first home my wife and I owned. We have such great memories here. Right before we moved we made the home energy efficient. On average the cost of utilities are $100 lower a month than a non-energy efficient home. The colorful picture of the front yard is from when we lived there. Previous tenants weren't lawn people and didn't take care of the grass. It's pretty easy to get the grass back to it's original glory. $2,100 deposit is required. Tenant pays utilities and maintains lawn care. This house is energy efficient, so the utility costs are very low. We are listing this for rent, but I would be open to sell the property, too. I could potentially do seller financing as well for the right tenant/buyer.
