Comfortable sleeping arrangements include a queen bed and a futon for additional accommodations. On-site parking is available for up to 2 cars, and there is an accessible laundry room on the same floor, with laundry cards available for purchase in the lobby. Concierge services are available for booking local experiences like boat rentals, chefs, or massages. A fee of $15 is applicable per guest, except for those under 18. Payments can be made at the front desk using either credit card or cash. All adult guests are required to present an ID upon arrival. Located in North Bay Village, this studio provides easy access to Miami Beach (5.5 miles), Wynwood Walls (6.5 miles), Downtown Miami (7 miles), Bal Harbour Shops (7.5 miles), and the Miami Design District (7.5 miles). We recommend renting a car or taking Uber for getting around. Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is before 11 AM, with early/late options available upon inquiry. Pets are not permitted in the studio. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Book for the exact number of guests; no additional guests without approval. Subletting is not permitted. The front desk will assist with elevator access to the 3rd floor, given the necessity of a fob. Guests should present their reservation email at the front desk for verification.
